1. The LUVDUB's are hired at a minimum of 3.5 hours.
2. A deposit of 30% of the total hire fee is due within 7 days of the booking. Final balance is due at least one week prior to appointed hire day.
3. Under no circumstances will the LUVDUB’s travel across any type of unsealed road as this may cause extensive damage to the vehicles.
4. Guests who are deemed intoxicated and therefore unable to travel safely, will not be permitted entry into the vehicles and immediately forfeit their chance to ride.
5. Strictly no food or smoking permitted in the LUVDUB’s.
6. Our preferred payment is direct deposit but we also accept cash, bank cheque and money order.
7. In an extremely unlikely circumstance whereby the LUVDUB’s (like any other vehicles) experience mechanical breakdown, an alternate transport will be arranged immediately and total hire fees refunded.
8. Cancellation of the hire agreement surrenders all deposit(s) and is therefore non refundable.
9. Charges may apply if original hire agreement is altered in any way. This will usually be in regards to extended booking time and km’s travelled.
10. Exceeding allowable lapsed time of agreed hire car period will incur an additional hire car fee of $30 per 15 minutes per LUVDUB, or part thereof.
